2. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

(3)How long after payment will I receive my order?

Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 8-12 natural days.

Excluding order processing time and any potential delays caused by customs inspections.

3. Returns and exchanges

(2)Steps to return a Trarun purchase:

   (a) Select the item(s) you wish to return.

   (b) Provide the order number, actual photos, and your contact information—message to Service@trarun.com to apply your return. 

   (c) We will process your return request within 2 to 8 hours (If you submit on Sunday, you will receive a reply on Monday).

   (d) Once confirmed, please send the shoes to Room 1312-2, No. 474 Xinglin Bay Road, Jimei District, Xiamen City, China.(Using UPS or FedEx)

Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

(3) Please note:

We inspect returns upon receipt and notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.

Note: Banks/card issuers may require additional processing time. Refund processing may take 1 to 3 business days.

4. Size Guide

Every pair of Gluna shoes features our signature precision fit design – a wide toe box allows your toes and forefoot to splay naturally, while locking down heel and midfoot stability.

5. Care and Maintenance

(1)How do I clean my Gluna?

Do not machine wash or dry. Remove insoles and laces and use a damp sponge and mild soap or detergent to remove any mud and dirt.

Rinse with warm water and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Extreme, direct heat can cause bonding agents to fail or materials to lose their functional properties.

(2)How long do trail running shoes last?

Typically 300–500 miles (480–800 km), depending on terrain and running style. Replace them if the tread is worn or cushioning feels flat.

6. Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

At TRARUN, we stand behind our products. If there’s any issue with the quality of our shoes, we’re happy to help.

Trarun offers a warranty for any manufacturing defects on shoes purchased from Trarun.com for up to one year from the date of purchase. The Trarun warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or neglect. Products covered under the Trarun warranty will be replaced at Trarun’s sole discretion.
