(2)Steps to return a GLUNA purchase:
(a) Select the item(s) you wish to return.
(b) Provide the order number, actual photos, and your contact information to our operations customer service.
(c) We will reply to you within 8 to 16 hours on weekdays (1 to 2 days on non-working days).
(d) Once confirmed, please send the shoes to our designated location.
(e) Once the warehouse receives and processes your return package, your refund will be processed.
Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Due to the time that shipping and bank processing typically take, refund processing may take 3 to 5 business days.

To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order. We will process both simultaneously to ensure you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

5. Care and Maintenance
(1)How do I clean my GLUNA?
Do not machine wash or dry. Remove insoles and laces and use a damp sponge and mild soap or detergent to remove any mud and dirt.
Rinse with warm water and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Extreme, direct heat can cause bonding agents to fail or materials to lose their functional properties.

(2)How long do trail running shoes last?
Typically 300–500 miles (480–800 km), depending on terrain and running style. Replace them if the tread is worn or cushioning feels flat.

What is your warranty policy?
At TRARUN, we stand behind our products. If there’s any issue with the quality of our shoes, we’re happy to help.
GLUNA offers a warranty for any manufacturing defects on shoes purchased from GLUNA.com for up to one year from the date of purchase. The GLUNA warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or neglect. Products covered under the GLUNA warranty will be replaced at GLUNA’s sole discretion.
